《新利18》下学生权利年度通报 法》(FERPA)

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy 法》(FERPA) affords parents and students who are 18 years of age or older ("eligible students") certain rights with respect 给学生的教育记录.  这些权利是:

School officials with legitimate educational interest:

• Public Officials who wish to congratulate graduates
